We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange your Joyla Jewelry within 15 business days after you receive your product and we will issue a refund minus the shipping charge. Jewelry must be returned in original condition – unworn with tag on the item. If the tag is removed the item can not be returned. Please package the jewelry carefully with extra padding in order to prevent damage during shipping. Joyla Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. No items will be accepted for returns after 15 days. Please contact our Customer Service at info@joylajewelry.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (a return can not be processed without obtaining a Return Authorization Number first). Your credit card will be credited the total amount, minus the cost of shipping.
