Will I get an order and shipping confirmation?

After you place an order you will receive a purchase receipt/order confirmation email within minutes of placing the order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way.

When will my order arrive?

For all items in stock, your order will be shipped within 6-10 business days. We ship with Fedex Ground which can take 1-5 business days to arrive. Items that are not in stock or are a custom order take 6-8 weeks to arrive.

RETURNS AND REPAIRS What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange your Joyla Jewelry within 10 business days after you receive your product and we will issue a refund minus the shipping charge. Jewelry must be returned in original condition – unworn with tag on the item. If the tag is removed the item can not be returned. Please package the jewelry carefully with extra padding in order to prevent damage during shipping. Joyla Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. If returned between 10 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. No items will be accepted for returns after 30 days. Please contact our Customer Service at info@joylajewelry.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (a return can not be processed without obtaining a Return Authorization Number first). Your credit card will be credited the total amount, minus the cost of shipping.

What is your repair policy? 

All repairs are handled individually and will be at customer’s expense. We can give an estimate for repair and the turnaround time only once the item reaches our office. If you items is beaded and you are missing beads there will be a charge for the repair as well as missing material Please contact us at info@joylajewelry.com and we will respond with further instructions. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, and note the reason for repair. Images of the piece are helpful as well. All e-mail and voice messages will be answered promptly within 24-hours during regular business days.

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept credit card payments on the site. Accepted credit cards are American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

What kind of gemstones and metals are used in JOYLA jewelry?

Joyla is made with only natural stones. Our metals are 925 sterling silver rhodium plating, rose gold vermeil or 18k gold vermeil.

Can I clean my jewelry?

You can use mild soap and water to clean your jewelry if needed. Do not use any harsh chemicals or cleaning agents.

Can I buy locally?

Yes and please support your local Joyla retailer! Go to the locations tab to find a Joyla retailer close to you.
